How Does It Work?
Using interactive online video conferencing, the Certified Peer Specialist ECHO connects a team of experts with participants who want to enhance their ability to assist peers in the recovery process. Together, they collaborate in a safe and secure learning environment to:
- Increase confidence, knowledge and application of best practices.
- Improve quality of life.
- Acquire specific and practical tools to improve peer support.
- Expand understanding of core competencies and ethical standards associated with certification.
